One- and two-story houses for year-round living, made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels: assembled on a prepared foundation and handed over fully finished.

Glamping and guest houses

Arched modules with panoramic glazing and a terrace for tourist villages, resorts and guest houses.

Monolithic concrete and frame houses

Houses with flat roofs, large openings and terraces: for warm climates and waterfront plots.

Turnkey house with land

Plot selection, foundation and site preparation, construction and landscaping: one contract and one price.

Commercial properties

Guest units, saunas and spas, and hotel rooms built with the same technology, with a payback calculation for the project.

Our approach

  1. Ready-made productCarefully developed standard designs instead of building from scratch: you know what the end result will be.
  2. Factory precisionOpenings, joints and utility channels are machine-cut to the design: the house is assembled, not trimmed to fit.
  3. Dry constructionNo wet work on site: the panels arrive ready, and finishing doesn’t have to wait out a long settling period.
  4. Thermal envelopeA continuous, seamless layer of insulation and a ventilated facade.

How we work

From choosing a design to handing over the keys, following a clear plan.

  1. Choosing a designWe match a model to the plot, the family or business format, and the budget.
  2. ContractWe fix the specification and price in the contract.
  3. ManufacturingThe house is manufactured at the factory while the foundation is prepared on site.
  4. AssemblyWe assemble the house on the prepared foundation and complete the finishing work.
  5. Key handoverWe sign the acceptance certificate and hand over the keys.
