Personal Data Processing Policy

General provisions

This Policy describes what visitor data is processed by the Tark Holding website (hereinafter “we”). The website has no inquiry form: you can contact us on Telegram.

Visit counter

The website counts visits with its own counter, without third-party services and without cookies. It records the pages opened, the referral source and advertising campaign tags, scroll depth and page sections viewed, button clicks, device type, operating system, browser, language, time on page and country.

The country is determined from the IP address at the time of the visit using an offline database; the counter does not store the address itself. The visit identifier exists only in the open tab, so we count visits, not people.

Technical logs

Like any web server, the website’s server records the IP address, the time and the requested URL in technical logs. The logs are needed to operate the website and protect it from abuse, and are not used for any other purpose.

Correspondence on Telegram

If you message us on Telegram, we see what Telegram shows us: the name and username in your profile and your messages. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss working together, and we do not send mass mailings.

How long we keep data

Counter events are stored for 180 days; technical logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to communicate with you; at your request, we delete it within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The website runs on the server of a hosting provider that technically processes requests on our behalf. Correspondence on Telegram goes through Telegram and is subject to its rules.

What is stored in your browser

The website does not set cookies. Only the visit identifier is stored in your browser, for as long as the tab is open.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected, request deletion of your correspondence and end communication with us. To do so, message us on Telegram using the “Message us on Telegram” button on the website.
