International settlements for businesses and individuals

We arrange international settlements in both directions for businesses and individuals: payments abroad and receipt of funds from abroad. We select a route to suit the country, currency and timeline, and prepare contracts and documents for accounting and the bank’s currency control.

World map with international settlement routes

Who it’s for

We tailor the route to each task: payments go through banks and partners with the necessary authorizations, while we manage the transaction and prepare the documents.

For businesses

  • Importers: payments under foreign trade contracts for the supply of goods and services.
  • Exporters: receiving payment from foreign buyers.
  • Companies receiving funds from abroad, including from asset sales.
  • Companies whose usual settlement route has stopped working.

For individuals

  • Paying bills and making purchases abroad.
  • Paying for tuition and living costs in another country.
  • Receiving funds in Russia from abroad.

How the agency arrangement works

The arrangement works in both directions: for paying abroad and for receiving funds from abroad. Settlements are carried out by an agent in another jurisdiction under an agency agreement, and everything is documented.

Your companybuyer
Agentcompany in another jurisdiction
Supplierseller abroad
  1. You sign a standard contract with the supplier and an addendum to it providing for payment by a third party.
  2. An agency agreement is signed with the agent under Chapter 52 of the Russian Civil Code: the agent pays the supplier under your contract. We set up the arrangement and prepare the documents.
  3. Every step is official and set out in contracts and agreements, and the documents are suitable for recording the transactions in your accounts.
